Your role will be to lead the end-to-end process for a part of this group, working closely with management and taking responsibility for resourcing decisions. We are looking for somebody who is eager to learn and grow alongside the business, so being self-motivated is very important for us.

What you’ll help us to do:

● planning and allocation of resources

● coordination of staffing processes

● take an active part in determining the staffing strategy of the project

● analysis of the company’s reserve, timely opening of vacancies for external search

● involving people in projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability or project budget

● planning rotations and replacements on projects

● assistance in working with outstaff projects

● preparing the candidate for an interview with the client

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:

● 1 year + of experience in IT recruitment or IT project management

● good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry

● high level of analytical skills

● experience in resolving problem and conflict situations

● experience in multitasking and changing environments

● attention to detail, as well as the ability to respond quickly to requests

● ability to independently manage priorities and information in large quantities

● intermediate level of English and higher

● successful experience of closing vacancies in an IT company
