Responsibilities: 

• Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
• Maintain internal databases
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Position requirements:

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere
• Knowledge of IT market
• Finished IT Recruitment Course desirable
• Result-oriented, strong work ethic
• At least Intermediate English level
