Delivery Data Governance department that drives different projects dedicated to international certifications compliance. We are searching for the person who will be helping us to drive the SOC2 implementation project in our company.

Our perfect candidate is a flexible, courageous, result-oriented, and friendly person who enjoys dealing with uncertainties and ready to work on a challenging project

YOU ARE

• Experienced in any of ISO certifications, Security certifications, internal audits, consulting in setting up processes according to ISO standards, or similar
• Possessing background in organizational change management, R&D projects
• Showing at least 3-year background in IT, information security
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure Is able to develop & maintain relationships with stakeholders on all levels Is able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Flexible and working effectively as a mobile worker
• Detail-oriented and a problem solver

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Driving the corporate program dedicated to SOC2 implementation at SoftServe
• Different corporate, delivering departments and Center of Excellence, QMO, PMO, SDO, BAO
• Getting experience in collaborating with Enterprise company and Organizational Change Management process
• Setting up cooperation with an external certification body
• Maintaining and continuously improving the existing quality management system
• Monitoring and controlling that process execution according to defined workflows
• Collecting and storing process-related metrics and data for the future analysis
• Communicating a lot with involved stakeholders
