The Redwerk Marketing department is expanding and looking for an SMM Manager to join our team.

What we expect from you

2-plus-year experience in SMM

English proficiency level — B2 (Upper-intermediate) and higher

Deep knowledge and understanding of the social media algorithms

Quick reaction to industry trends and changes

Ability to create highly engaging content

Ability to analyze the target audience needs and speak in their terms

Confident use of photo editors like Canva, Figma, and any other mobile editors

Understanding and analyzing the metrics for measuring social media effectiveness

Error-free writing

Genuine interest in SMM and desire to be in the center of every event

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics

Discover, follow, and implement SMM trends

Devise company promotion strategies for social media

Create engaging content to grow out audience and increase brand loyalty

Manage and promote our company accounts in social media (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube)

Configure social media targeting

Create visuals for posting and targeting

Analyze and improve metrics for social media campaign effectiveness
