Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers etc.. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Now we are looking for a SEO manager to join our Digital Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of competitive white-hat SEO strategies for 3 international brands;
• develop and implement a link-building strategy;
• provide competitive analysis;
• overseeing the execution of the holistic SEO strategy within US and EU markets, in regard to keyword selection and utilization, content, site architecture, and link-building;
• research and provide recommendations on crucial points of site improvement for SERP;
• SEO analysis including back-link analysis, on-page optimization, content analysis, SERM analysis;
• close collaboration with content writers in order to produce perfectly SEO optimized and high-quality content;
• collaborating with Web Development teams to communicate the requirements for SEO and recommend for its implementation;
• recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;
• monitoring website SEO performance and site technical health;
• be responsible for monthly SEO and link-building reports;

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO;
• experience in creation SEO strategies;
• experience in outreach/link-building on US and EU markets;
• experience in product IT companies (Fintech will be a huge plus);
• deep knowledge of Google algorithm, methods of on-page and off-page optimization;
• a strong understanding of white-hat SEO best practices;
• hands-on experience in keyword research;
• technical SEO knowledge;
• experience of working with CMS (WordPress) and building/administering content in CMS environments;
• working knowledge of HTML, CSS;
• experience with SEO and website analytics tools, such as Ahrefs, SemRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz, Screaming Frog etc;
• ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of your work;
• multitasking;
• At least Intermediate English lvl;
