Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain the information architecture across the organization

- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, working with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

- Work with development and product leads to identify documentation repositories, revise it and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage

- Define the approach, organize and manage documentation migration across the organization

- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

- Determine the needs of users of technical documentation and establish the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

- 2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer

- Superior written and oral communication skills (English C1/C2, Russian)

- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences (user guides, help, learning and education material, product description, etc)

- Solid experience working with different types of projects

- Good understanding of SDLC

- Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter

- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
