Responsibilities:

— Build team of recruiters and recruitment processes in the company;

— Manage and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring service excellence;

— Provide specialists advice and guidance on the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for a role;

— Ensure the effective utilization of the ATS and social media to create the talent bank;

— Resourcing practices.

What company expect from you:

— Experience in managing a team from 2 years, from 5 years of experience in general;

— Managing the process of the full recruiting cycle, ensuring the high quality of the selection of candidates;

— Working with Google suite, ATS;

— Analytical skills, flexibility of thinking, work in a dynamic environment;

— At least Upper-Intermediate English Level.
