GreenM is an engineering and professional services provider for Data-centric solutions, founded in 2014. And now we are looking for a Head of Lead generation/ SDR Team Lead to engage and build relationships with potential clients.

In connection with the expansion of departments based on the development plan for the next year, we are looking for a Senior SDR (Outbound) to improve the performance of all outbound activities.
What will you do:
- Outreach to leads via various outbound channels
- Generate high-quality leads
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers and generate interest
- Collaborate with teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing customer relationships
- Identify Ideal Customer Profile
- Write email and LinkedIn sequences
- Analyze the efficiency of outbound activities
- Manage all outbound activities
- Align outreach strategy with marketing activities
- Take part in calls with potential customers
Skills and qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as SDR Team Lead, Senior SDR, Head of Lead Generation or in a similar role in the field of IT
- Understanding of sales cycle stages
- Objections handling
- Experience of using outreach tools (Hubspot, Apollo.io, LinkHelper or similar, Sales Navigator)
General requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Active listening skills
- Business communication skills
- Ability to manage parallel tasks
- Self-management.
