📍Mission:
• Execute the commercial strategy defined by the company management to reach revenue objectives
• Manage and convert a pipeline of qualified opportunities to reach the commercial goal
• Serve as a consultant to potential partners by fully understanding their needs and aligning the best solutions
• Work with the team to qualify leads and continue to improve the ICP
• Work closely with the leadership team to build an effective sales strategy that drives revenue
• Be the voice of customer feedback and suggest improvements
📍Outcomes:
• Develop an understanding of the client's business needs and communicate the proposed solution effectively
• Develop a positive relationship with key client decision-makers or influencers who are responsible for the data analytics strategy at their organizations
• Be accountable for the attainment of new customer acquisition and financial performance targets
• Track and analyze sales activities to understand and capitalize on buying trends and patterns
• Maintain a deep understanding of Datrics’ offering while staying up-to-date with understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends
• Establish policies, processes, and procedures that will ensure revenue growth
📍Competencies:
• Fully fluent in English
• 3-5 + years of experience in Sales in B2B companies, must be in the SaaS and/or IT Consulting industry, crypto, or blockchain
• Track record of the previous deals closed and quota achieved QoQ
• Demonstrated experience in technical solution selling and distance selling
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively articulate our solution's value proposition as part of an overall business solution
• Proficiency with Sales CRM solutions
• Hands-on attitude, ambitious and passionate
