Our team is growing rapidly, so we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter/Team Lead. The position implies a management of the recruitment team as for a quality and a timely recruitment of candidates.
Main positions to search candidates for: Digital (SEO Specialist, PPC Specialist, Affiliate Manager), Technical (PHP developer, QA Engineer, Front-End developer), Back office. The level of candidates is ranging from Junior to Senior.
What you'll do:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a company recruitment strategy including sourcing channels, social media, recruitment marketing, employment branding, and candidate experience;
- Own the full-life cycle recruiting for a range of positions/functions including, but are not limited to the areas of software development, marketing and executive level hiring;
- Analytics and Metrics: Track statistics, analyze improve the process based on the results;
- Sourcing strategy: Producing the most efficient and appropriate recruiting channels and methods.
