About the Team: 

The Recruiting and People Ops Team at Sift provides expertise, strategy, coaching and support for each manager to achieve goals. Hiring is a shared responsibility of many, but the Recruiting Team reimagines and delivers thoughtful hiring experiences to fuel the growth of the company. 

What We’re Looking For: 

Are you a Senior Recruiter who has experience sourcing and engaging top talent? Have you owned the process and walked candidates through interviews? As a Senior Recruiter you will partner with our teams cross functionally to engage and hire talent across the organization. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills with internal clients and external customers. You’re highly responsive to candidates as well as Hiring Managers and you take ownership for your work and have fun while doing it. 

What you’ll do:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting for Ukraine (sourcing, candidate management, ATS upkeep, hiring/offer coordination)
  • Conduct independent sourcing via LinkedIn, social networks, job postings, etc.
  • Ensure timely and thorough candidate screenings
  • Drive a seamless offer process - including extending offers and closing candidates
  • Develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent
  • Work with People Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires 
  • Support and plan employee events/team-building/culture building programs and recognition activities
  • Assist with creating, maintaining, and updating People team templates & documentation
  • Assist with employee off-boarding between US Headquarters and Alcor
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with employee information and data, and exhibit the highest level of integrity in behaviors and actions
  • Work closely with Recruiting, Workplace, and People Operations to continuously improve the employee experience at Sift.

What would make you a strong fit:

  • A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
  • 4+ years experience of technical recruiting and People Operations 
  • The ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities and constantly reprioritize
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
