The qualified candidate will work as a member QC team focused on components within the cloud-based application architecture for a secure messaging system. This team is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of a multi-tenant secure messaging platform that supports a variety of mobile (iOS and Android), Desktop (Windows), and Web Clients along with a comprehensive API.

YOU ARE

• A professional with 5+ years of experience working with a scrum team that has onshore and offshore team members
• Experienced in testing mobile apps, desktop, web
• Having a solid understanding of SQA methodologies and approaches
• Working independently as well as in a team environment with moderate supervision from the QE manager
• Confident in testing user interfaces, and in testing for all aspects of the product including performance, scalability, and load testing
• Possessing testing experience with clients and mobile products (iOS and Android platforms)
• Aware of automation scripting knowledge in one or more programming languages (Java/Python)
• Good at defect reporting and tracking
• Having basic experience in API testing
• Skilled in testing in an Agile development environment
• Proficient in none-functional and functional requirements/specifications, IT design documents, Themes/Epics/User Story or use case descriptions
• Demonstrating Intermediate+ level of English

This will help you stand out

• Quality Management certification (ISTQB Advanced Level — Test Manager/Test Analyst)
• Automation knowledge for mobile (iOS, Android), desktop, and web automation
• Experience in the Healthcare domain (Health care regulations and standards)
• Knowledge and experience in Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Developing test plans and test cases, executing, and capturing test results for client product and cloud services
• A strong QC Team to ensure that all testing activities occur in a timely fashion and to the level of quality demanded by the business requirements
• Active participation in requirements and design reviews
• Defining test priorities, test data, test environments, and test execution
• Current testing technologies and improving existing solutions as needed
