About product: An online platform that connects people and gives them the opportunity to communicate via live steam. The company was founded in 2009 and since then has been acknowledged all over the world as a fast-growing social, interactive app for people.

The platform combines the highest-quality live video streaming and messaging, user-generated content such as games and music, and a digital economy to support it all.

What you will do:

— Develop automation plans and review them with QA Lead and stakeholders

— Write automated tests that are reusable, maintainable, and resilient to changes

— Work closely with product owners and developers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented to improve the testability of our applications

— Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality

— Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution, manage and prioritize bug reports from internal and external stakeholders, always keeping their business value in mind (and in our Jira)

— Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process

— Support the CI/CD efforts, propose test automation tooling and infrastructure, and work with the QA Infrastructure team to build and maintain it

— Manage and support the release train process for both our Android and iOS platforms

— Actively contribute to the quality strategy by providing valuable insights on test automation and software quality in general

— Inspire engineers, designers and product owners to be quality conscious by providing comprehensible test reports

Who you are:

-You have 3+ years experience in quality assurance, testing and debugging of native Android/iOS applications (Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift) or backend in big scale projects

-You have a ‘user first’ mindset. Our quality engineers are advocates for flawless user experiences

-You are able to lead by example

-You have basic programming knowledge of one modern programming language such as Java/Kotlin, Swift

-You have hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance, and stress testing

-You have experience working with a product team focused on delivering mobile applications

-You are proficient in spoken and written English

At Tango, we truly believe that being a Quality Engineer is impossible if you don’t automate your tests and we adhere to the ‘automation first’ concept, so we are looking for QA Automation and those Test Engineers who are tired of routine manual work and want to make a qualitative leap by mastering one of our test frameworks for the role of a Quality Engineer.

At the same time, we know for sure that the responsibilities of a Quality Engineer are not limited to writing automated tests — this position is more about the people who use Tango, so you will take part in the development cycle, from designing user stories to processing user feedback after release. And this loop can have many iterations.
