We are looking a Senior Product Manager who will gather and lead a squad of professionals. 

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and precise, with a creative and a resourceful mind, bright, proactive, able to work.

You will be expected to:

- Foster evidence-based decision-making communication with stakeholders

- Prioritise while juggling needs of customers and stakeholders

- Take ownership over roadmapping process

- Live customers’ pains and challenges

- Know competitors by name, feature, last month revenue

- Make sense out of product and team metrics

- Develop and deliver growth strategy together with the marketing team

- Build a portfolio of complimentary products

- Be a Jira-ninja

- Contribute to technical discussions

- Do other stuff that cool PMs do…

You are a perfect match for us, if you have:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience

- Experience of launching a product from 0

- Experience in managing portfolio of products

- Working with 10+ people dev teams

- Successful Mobile and WEB project in the past

- Experience in Fintech would be an advantage

- Advanced English knowledge

- Understanding of cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
