About you:

🔸 Portfolio

🔸 Minimum 3 years of production experience with UX/UI for web and/or application design in B2C products

🔸 Being data-driven in making UX/UI design decisions, strong analytical skills. Ability to put forward hypotheses and prove them based on statistics, facts, and test results

🔸 Experience in continuous product metrics improvement – identifying UX issues, structuring UX researches, proposing solutions, conducting A/B tests

🔸 Strong understanding of web design guidelines

🔸 Strong understanding of iOS and Android ecosystem guidelines

🔸 Strong understanding of modern UX/UI trends

🔸 Ability to derive from existing styles

🔸 Ability to maintain design consistency across different platforms

🔸 Desire to dive deep into the complex product

🔸 Desire to analyze and test competitors’ products and products from different domains

🔸 Experience with holding user interviews and prototypes testing

🔸 Experience with developing design systems from scratch and supporting existing ones

🔸 Collaborating with marketing and development teams

Will be a plus:

🔸 Expertise in graphic design

🔸 Ability to develop design systems covering both web design and graphics

🔸 Desire to contribute to the whole brand design that includes a website, application, digital promotion, customer communication channels such as email, social media, and printed materials

🔸 Expertise with analytic tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, Power BI, Metabase
