We are looking for Senior Legal Counsel to structure Clearmove business on a global scale.

About our business:

Clearmove is a fast-growing technology company, with a headquarter in London, UK, and offices across the globe. We support global enterprises and governments with our software solutions and global supply chain to manage their international assignees and business travelers.

As a tech company, we offer products for 3 clients groups: a web application for global enterprises, web and API integration for vendors all over the world in the relocation management industry, and a mobile application for an assignee (employee on relocation).

As Senior Legal Counsel your area of responsibilities will include and not limited to:

• Corporate structuring and international tax planning (EU, USA, UAE);
• Active participating in corporate governance within the Company: drafting Board Resolutions, Shareholders’ Resolutions, Board Minutes, Shareholders’ Agreements, AoA, etc.;
• Corporate compliance in UAE;
• IP rights protection (trademark registration, USPTO patent research, and application; comprehensive software protection);
• Data privacy compliance: you will have the opportunity to organize full GDPR compliance with my guidance, to draft all the business and product requirements for UX/UI and development departments and implement them; DPA conclusion and setting the framework for all data subjects in Clearmove data flow system;
• Research and drafting of Convertible Notes, SAFEs, Share Subscription Agreements, and other contracts for investment purposes;
• Maintaining contractual relations with Company employees, contractors, and service providers;
• Drafting and revising contracts with Clearmove clients, suppliers and partners, and a lot more.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years’ experience in international IT company in-house legal support;
• Comprehensive understanding of IT product business legal needs on an international scale;
• Advanced English (all communication and tasks will be in English);
• Ability to manage projects on your own, high self-management skills;
