WE ARE

At SoftServe, we are a newly formed team that will be working in tight collaboration with a client, an email automation service that offers a complete cloud-based email service for sending, receiving, and tracking email sent through websites and applications. This team is responsible for building and operating a set of products such as Email Validation, Inbox Placement, IP Health, and Reputation Monitoring. Services operate 24/7 serving up to 500,000 requests per second, so strong knowledge and passion for highly scalable and performant distributed systems is essential. YOU ARE

  • Having at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in Go
  • Showing proficiency with SQL and NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra) databases
  • Possessing practice with Front End
  • Skilled in building RESTful web services
  • Experient in delivering solutions through a CI/CD pipeline
  • Strongly competent AWS or GCP cloud environments
  • Experienced with Machine Learning (bonus points)
  • Talented and open-minded
  • Demonstrating at least Intermediate Strong English level of communication

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Providing a fresh eye on the current system and product roadmap
  • Investigating the current state and consulting on the next steps
  • Designing and developing the critical services for the Deliverability Suite
  • Leveraging test-driven development and software development best practices to ensure the reliability and stability of our codebase
  • Using application monitoring, instrumentation, and user interaction metrics to help driving technical decisions around the maintenance and scaling existing solutions
  • Reducing technical debt through a passion for clean and simple code
  • Defining and maintaining technical solution design architecture and contract documentation
  • Advocating for developer and customer experience
  • Coaching and mentoring junior teammates

  • Closely integrate with Client’s team and SME
  • Move fast and forget about having unnecessary silos and red tape that keep teams from shipping software
  • Not only build great software but ensure it is operating properly once it’s been deployed
  • Solve hard problems with passion — process billions of requests a day, experience scaling and high availability
