ABOUT THE ROLE:

IRIS CRM's web application is a system written in PHP using Laravel to serve clients in the payment processing industry. These clients, known as ISOs, manage their entire payments business using IRIS CRM. Read more on https://www.iriscrm.com.

We are looking for a talented and reliable JavaScript developer who is proficient with ReactJS. Your primary focus will be on developing IRIS CRM’s user interface. Our product designer will provide Zeplin designs of pages which will often involve creating and implementing components following well-known ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will work on a team of developers to ensure that React components, and the overall application, are fast, secure and easy to maintain. You will frequently interact with the Back-End Developers when implementing GraphQL API endpoints. Therefore, a commitment to a collaborative problem solving, and bug-free environment is important.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Building reusable components.

-Working with GraphQL endpoints, Zeplin, Git, and JIRA

-Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS.

-Translating designs from Zeplin into high quality code.

-Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

REQUIREMENTS:

-Strong proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles. -Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux). -Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.

-Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).

-Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.

-Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs.

-Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.

-Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and deployment tools for CI/CD.

-Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM.

-Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements. A knack for benchmarking and optimization of pages for speed using best practices
