DESCRIPTION

Our customer is huge fortune top3 healthcare vendor partnered with EPAM to accelerate their digital transformation.One of the programs we started working together on is Cloud transformation and Cloud migration. We are looking for experienced developers passionate in Big Data and cloud technologies to join our team of professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and implementing new designs
• Optimising existing user interface designs
• Testing for intuitiveness and experience
• Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Developing technical and business requirements and always striving to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combining creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Creating prototypes for new product ideas
• Testing new ideas before implementing
• Conducting an ongoing user research

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of UX or UI design
• 7+ completed, real projects
• Strong portfolio with UI artifacts and UX case studies
• Experience with core Design Thinking activities (gap analysis, testing, user interview, etc.)
• Solid understanding of the delivery process
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• System thinking
• Capability to present and advocate design decisions
• Capacity and desire to mentor other designers
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2+)

• Ability to control and measure results at projects
• Team management skills
• Ability to manage and eliminate conflict issues
• Experience in UX workshops
• Experience in pre-sales activities
