We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, who will share Newxel’s mission, values, and unique value proposition using the most efficient digital marketing channels.

In this role, you will help us to extend the brand’s presence and increase sales by working on various marketing campaigns to raise Newxel recognition.


Requirements


  • 5+ years of proven experience setting up digital marketing campaigns and growing B2B audience website traffic in the IT industry in the EU/USA and other global regions
  • Experience growing leads, developing, testing, and distributing digital marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, LinkedIn campaign manager, Facebook business manager, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and other analytical and ad tools
  • Data-driven and analytical thinking with a proactive attitude to work
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to understand business needs and effectively work with a multidisciplinary team
  • Well-developed communication, writing, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Successful experience building strong collaboration with the sales team in the lead generation process
  • Advanced English

  • CRM system management experience
  • Experience in building JTBD and creating ICP
  • Knowledge of ABM
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Experience in content distribution via different channels such as Quora, Reddit, etc.


Responsibilities


Planning & Execution

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategy, coordinate Newxel social media, and manage advertising campaigns to promote Newxel services
  • Manage marketing database and CRM implementation (HubSpot)
  • Support content and communication strategies, manage global and regional campaigns, and review their performance for further activities planning
  • Track performance and optimize both business and career websites


You will also collaborate closely with Sales Team to create lead-generation campaigns

  • Enhance lead generation, conversion, and inbound marketing initiatives; grow qualified marketing leads and conversion rates for the Sales Team
  • Build and run ABM marketing campaigns
  • Run A/B testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate


PPC, Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Create and deliver omnichannel digital marketing campaigns for B2B and B2T audiences (paid social, SEO/SEM, PPC) to raise brand awareness, increase the number of followers, strengthen engagement, and generate leads
  • Run, coordinate, and analyze advertising campaigns: mass reach, awareness campaigns, search engine campaigns, and display ads campaigns. Track campaign efficiency with performance marketing tools


SMM

  • Build and manage B2B social media marketing strategy
  • Devise ways to improve Newxel online presence and increase the number of LinkedIn followers and the company’s social content visibility


Analytics & Reporting

  • Achieve maximum ROI in advertising campaigns by collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends and insights
  • Measure referral traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize campaigns, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools
