We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to be part of the team, offering an opportunity to further deep integration with the Android ecosystem. This position requires a proven ability to understand and implement business requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems in an Agile environment.

YOU ARE

A professional having the following expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of Android development background
• Practice with OOP and Kotlin/Java
• Familiarity with Hilt
• Proficient with GIT
• Experience with RESTful network architectures
• Background with TDD, BDD, JUnit
• Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to research software issues and products as required

Nice to have

• Background with SQL and other database technologies
• 4+ years working in the mobile industry
• Strong knowledge of memory management, process lifecycle, threads, and thread handlers in the Android system
• Experience targeting a wide variety of Android devices (e.g., Android versions, device sizes, manufacturers)
• One or more Android applications available on Google play of your design and development
• Strong Knowledge in Android framework internals
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Knowledge and applicable experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM
