We are a Ukrainian product company that has been developing in the global iGaming industry markets for 8 years. There are around 50 professionals in our team yet we maintain and greatly appreciate sincerity, lightness, and lack of micromanagement.
Currently, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager, who will be the deputy head of the department and will take on the responsibilities of mentoring and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential new affiliate partners and effectively managing the ongoing relationship with existing partners;
- Acquire new partners to grow existing affiliate program;
- Successful activation and ongoing retention of quality affiliates;
- Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates to negotiate existing and build future campaigns;
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates perform at their best;
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spending;
- Manage to create necessary creative materials (banners, landing pages, etc.).
- Possibility to be part of the creative environment and contribute your input.
Requirements:
- Effective sales and negotiation skills;
- Fluent in written English;
- Practical web-analytics skills (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb);
- 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing;
