DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Account Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team and become a part of our customer-facing sales team. In this role, you will drive the existing offers in Europe and identify and support new opportunities for successful cooperation with our customer.

The ideal candidate for the role of a Senior Account Operations Manager should be passionate about building relationships and providing excellent support for external and internal customers. In this position, you will serve as primary contact for key accounts, ensuring that Sales, Support, and Engineering are working effectively together to meet their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build/maintain a functional channel of communication with key accounts, building rapport and understanding their business needs customer;

• Proactively identify new customer necessities, expand opportunities and drive negotiation up to the contracting stage;

• Driving onboarding process and ensuring successful support in early adoption phases;

• Conducting regular activities (calls, service reviews, etc.) defined for high-touch support;

• Tracking and reporting on key account health metrics, driving any changes needed.


REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in account management or customer-facing role;

• Experience in both consulting and pre-sales is ideal;

• Experience working in fast-paced technology companies;

• Familiarity with the Unreal Engine or similar technologies;

• Experience in computer graphics applied to Training and Simulation industries;

• Willingness to travel 25-30% after COVID;

• Excellent spoken and written English (at least upper-intermediate level).
