We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team with experience in UpWork!
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of successful sales experience in outsourcing company;
• confident user of UpWork;
• fluent written and verbal English (experience in communication with foreign clients);
• good understanding of software development process and technologies for web and mobile apps;
• knowledge of different sales techniques;
• ability and knowledge how to work with objections;
• excellent communication, interpersonal skills;
• strong self-managment and time management skills;
• client-oriented approach.
Will be a plus:
• previous experience as Glassdoor, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
Responsibilities:
• search for potential clients, initial contact with the clients, presentation of company services;
• contacting calls with potential clients;
• creating unique proposals;
• CRM systems management, manage and scale up the sales processis;
• collaborating with BDM, Lead Generator, Account Manager.
