Sales and Marketing Manager 


  • successfully develop new business opportunities to the aviation industry 
  • prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
  • market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales materials and attending industry events
  • gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
  • participate in accepting completed work as “fit for Customer”
  • comfortably participate in a development environment, which might involve evaluation of market priorities
  • develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • provide technical advice to customers on all aspects both before and after the sale
  • prepare ROI and Business Plan etc.
  • meet sales targets set by the Company and contribute to team targets
  • network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
  • respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting materials
  • manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals
  • contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
  • understand how our customers buy our technology, the pricing strategies behind our commercial offerings, and be accountable for the profitability of products within the area of responsibility
  • develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute KPIs
  • analyzing potential partner relationships for product development
  • understand the market trends, competitor forces, and regional and global industry regulations
  • participate in GAP analysis on the technical, operational, and environmental considerations




  • Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent in business information systems|technology business management preferably. 
  • Sales and Marketing experience 3+ years of selling software products to the aviation industry
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in  aviation 
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency
  • Experience with standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS will be a plus.
