DataArt’s client is an international investment company. Our team is currently developing a large financial system. We are developing an integrated, modular, turn-key, all-in-one, front-to-back investment management platform. It supports a broader range of asset classes than any other portfolio management system on the market, is the only system of its kind to support crypto assets in production, and is steeped in years of real-world usage at some of the world’s largest and most complex financial institutions.

We are currently seeking a motivated Release Manager to be part of our unique development team.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and coordinate releases to production
• Communicating release and configuration plans to various stakeholders
• Manage release processes and cycle
• Implement policies for facilitating release processes
• Track process and performance of released features
• Coordinate release issues

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in release management, software engineering, and/or configuration management
• Knowledge of CI/CD and software repositories tools i.e. Git/TeamCity/AzureDevops
• Understanding the SDLC and relationship to Change Management and Release Management
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with 24/7 environments and no downtime releases
• Experience with daily and multi-daily release cycles
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of QA process and automation tools
• Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
• Hight level of self-organizing and responsibility
• Spoken and written English
• Ability to start your business day at 8-9 AM local time and work from time to time on the occasional deployment release scheduled on weekends

Would be a plus

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, Command shell programming languages
• Knowledge of Windows system administration
