— Proven experience in Headhunting/recruitment for technical positions — at least 3 years

— Proven experience in recruitment team management — at least 2 years

— Proven success with sourcing candidates using a variety of methods (social recruiting, events, professional networks, etc.)

— Deep understanding of local recruitment sources

— English level — advanced
