Required skills

— Experience as an IT Researcher or completed IT Recruitment course(s)

— General understanding of IT area

— Advanced PC and internet using skills (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets)

— Positive lifestyle and proactive attitude

— Good written and verbal communication skills

— Persistence and patience

— Being detail-oriented person

— Level of English: Intermediate+

— Experience in sales will as a plus

— Watched all seasons of “Rick & Morty” 

Responsibilities

— Supporting IT recruiters in recruitment process

— Selecting applications and candidate screening

— Conducting initial candidate interviews

— Participating in meetings with candidates

— Providing professional feedback to candidates
