Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. The company focuses on Western standards of working conditions. The role will involve:

• Handling recruitment process (searching and selecting candidates)
• Process paperwork: Collecting and checking required paperwork to meet the stated requirements 
• Interviewing new candidates and explaining an external industry regulations 
• Dealing with a CRM system 
• Handling complaints and grievance properly 
• Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues

We also have a list of requirements for this position:

• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
• Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Multitasking, prioritisation and effective time management
• Desire to work and develop in the field of recruiting for at least one year
• Experience in sales will be a plus
