Responsibilities:

  • Heavy communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process;
  • Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates;
  • Conduct targeted research to locate and source qualified active and passive candidates;
  • Screen and assess candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration;
  • Facilitate and participate in candidate interviews;
  • Understand market conditions to assist in developing new and innovative recruiting strategies;
  • Partner with external agencies;
  • Assist with job posting and advertising processes;
  • Drive the company’s Employee Referral Program.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience recruiting a MUST;
  • Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche technical talent;
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently;
  • Be a team player and goal oriented;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks; 
  • Detail oriented, ability to multitask.
