Responsibilities:
- Heavy communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process;
- Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates;
- Conduct targeted research to locate and source qualified active and passive candidates;
- Screen and assess candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration;
- Facilitate and participate in candidate interviews;
- Understand market conditions to assist in developing new and innovative recruiting strategies;
- Partner with external agencies;
- Assist with job posting and advertising processes;
- Drive the company’s Employee Referral Program.
Requirements:
- Previous experience recruiting a MUST;
- Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche technical talent;
- Ability to take initiative and work independently;
- Be a team player and goal oriented;
- Excellent time management;
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask.
