We are looking for a result driven Recruiter to join our HR team.

As a part of the CEX.IO team you’ll be involved in attracting best talents and building great teams for the global product.

Collaborating with our department managers, you’ll be responsible for leading a full-cycle recruitment process for both tech and digital job openings.

Our ideal candidate has:

— Proven track record of talent acquisition and recruiting experience (Tech/Digital roles);

— International recruiting experience would be a plus;

— Confident background in using innovative search and sourcing methods;

— Great organisational and data-driven project management skills;

— A self-starter who can work well autonomously and possess strong ‘get things done’ approach;

— Is customer oriented with an ability to anticipate and react to needs of hiring managers and candidates;

— English — upper-intermediate — advanced (written and verbal communications).

Main tasks:

— Effectively source and deliver high-caliber talent (Tech/Digital/Business roles) for both local and global markets;

— Continuously build a pipeline of high caliber talent using boolean search, relevant job boards, and/or targeting advertising to the open roles;

— Partner with Hiring Managers to provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer;

— Drive interview, skills evaluation and offering processes, including salary benchmark analysis and recommendations;

— Utilize internal ATS/BambooHR/to record all candidate related activity and to provide weekly/monthly reports on important data points to all levels of management;

— Do market research and track recruitment results to continually iterate best practices.
