Requirements:

— 3+ year of experience in IT Management or Business Analysis;

— Excellent written and oral communication skills;

— Excellent communication skills towards customers and other stakeholders;

— A strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organized, multi-tasking;

— Knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;

— English — Upper Intermediate or better (written and spoken);

— Understanding of SDLC, knowledge of the fundamentals of architecture, skills in working with releases, understanding of the principles and fundamentals of UI/UX, basic concepts of web development and the experience of prototyping web interfaces;

— Experience with services like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Gantt Charts etc.

— Knowledge of basic principles and development methodology (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

Would be a great plus: German language knoweledge(since all our partners and customers come from Germany)

— Paid English or German courses (€50 per month).

Responsibilities:

— communication with the customer, management of the expectations;

— presentation to the customer solutions, demo versions, prototypes;

— participation in the sales process at the pre-sales stage;

— Preparation of presentations, offers and other internal and external documents;

— projects planning, setting goals, tasks and scope of work;

— describing projects requirements;

— records management;

— solving problems that arose during the project.
