• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
• Good understanding of Mobile development life cycle
• Experience in managing project teams of at least 5 people
• Understanding of Kanban and Agile/Scrum principles and practices
• Organizational skills, ability to organize people
• Attentive to details, fast learner, good memory, structured thinking, proactiveness
• Good communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English

• Facilitate communication between Dev and Client teams
• Take care of Daily, Progress, Demo, Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings
• Risks identification
• Encourage team’s responsibility, transparency, and self-organization
• Collaboration with Team Leads, developers to improve current processes and practices
• Maintain the project documentation
