PROJECT

You will be working on a web-platform for the biggest Eastern European LPG provider. Software goal is to automatize business processes for sale and logistics of LPG and petroleum products. Your responsibilities will include reorganize and control development process to work effectively as support team, document product business logic, QA, deployment processes and development process in general.

TECHNOLOGY STACK

The main PM tool on a project is Azure DevOps, project development technologies are ASP.NET Core, Angular, MS SQL.

TEAM

You will work in the team of 2 .NET Fullstack developers, 1 QA, 1 front-end developer, 1 UI/UX designer.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Education: MSc degree in any technical specialty is required
• 5+ years of experience in IT including project management, business analysis and software development
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, requirements collection, project and resources planning, delivery management, risk assessment techniques, project documentation and reporting
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
• Practical experience in Azure DevOps configuration and customization
• Excellent practical experience as a project manager in projects with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
• Practical experience managing web-solutions projects
• Experience in managing a team of 5-8 people
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong level of soft skills

Certifications

• One of the following is required: PSM or CSM
