Required skills

• 2+ experience in managing software development projects;

• English upper-intermediate;

• Experience in managing SCRUM team, hiring and people management;

• Strong understanding of SDLC;

• Strong knowledge of modern technologies and principles of software design;

• Ability to prioritize and determine urgent issues that need immediate attention;

• Strong soft skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;

• High leadership capability, capable of mentoring others;

• Ability to organize people, processes;

• Self-development and discipline.

As a plus

• Certification in Scrum and Agile;

• Software development experience;

• Experience with blockchain technologies;

• Experience in financial and fuel retail fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum team;

• Oversee and improve delivery processes such as release planning, quality of product, deployment, etc;

• Collaborate and make technology decision;

• Work closely with business stakeholders to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery;

• Collaborate with product, business stakeholders for a clear understanding of business goals.
