YOU ARE

A perfect fit if meeting the following requirements

• Skilled leading the project team of up 15+ engineers
• Being on top of communication between SoftServe and the client
• Shaping and managing client’s expectations
• Ensuring the project deliverables conform to the budget, scope, schedule, and quality during all phases of the SDLC: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completion
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Understanding and communicating client business needs to project team
• Leading software development teams and directing their activities so that the project is run within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Constant monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects/deliverables to all stakeholders: working hours, estimation, and plan execution
• Changing Management processes execution
• Participation in Release Management: scope control, planning
• Encouraging and lead the innovation process for the current customers
• Managing the client’s expectations; monitoring and contributing to CSAT increase; facilitating the project-related client communication at all levels
• Defining and implementing personal career development plans for direct subordinates
• Effectively managing project staffing
