Everstake is looking for a skilled and passionate Project Manager who will strive to maximize product value by backorders managing and optimizing, communicating with the parties concerned, and close work with Scrum teams to keep all areas of the business up to date with the project progress.

The Daily

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and business requirements

- Analyze team and client's needs

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Build and describe functions from a scratch and work with existing enhancements or function requests

- Work closely with developers, designers, and business teams: schedule drawing up, track deadlines, and search for possible product improvements

- Conduct backlog assessments

- Conduct demonstrations for stakeholders

- Create and maintain technical documentation

- Participate in stand-ups, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, grooming, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings

- Assist business owners in prioritizing according to the development team requirements as to time and budget constraints

The Essentials

- 3+ years of experience in IT and at least 2 years of experience in a project management capacity

- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain-related technologies

- Scrum methodology proficiency

- Excellent spoken and written English skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- High-degree of comfort managing multiple projects

- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to tight deadlines
