ICLUB is a global network of private investors, established by a leading European VC fund TA Ventures. ICLUB gives an opportunity to make small-ticket co-investments with our fund in high-growth early-stage startups in US and EU. 

What Robinhood did with stock trading, we're doing with venture capital: making it more accessible to private investors. We achieve this by delivering access to a quality deal flow on a regular basis. 

To continue our growth we’re currently building an online investment product and are looking for a product manager who will lead this project in a partnership with the current ICLUB team.

About The Role

This is a full-time role.

Your mission:

ICLUB has already established a global community of investors. From Almaty to Dubai. From London to Kyiv, we are looking for people who can unite our investors’ behavior patterns into one simple, intuitive user pathway. You will be leading the development of the online investment platform for our current and new investors.

Here’s how you will be contributing:

Research and strategy

• Build a roadmap and take product concepts from idea through validation, delivery and measurement
• Work with sales teams to get insights about current clients’ decision-making process.
• Research users’ behavior and gather data points to validate hypotheses 
• Measure the impact after the introduction of new product features
• Analyze similar solutions on the market.

Delivery

• Prepare technical requirements for the development team.
• Work closely with the development team and review their results.
• Work with engineers to estimate, plan and deliver products in the most efficient way.

Requirements:

• Experience with FinTech/Investments/Banking products;
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Experience in driving product strategy and owning the software product roadmap.
• You are territorial about your area of responsibility and have high ownership stakes;
• You are passionate about the digital economy and innovation, so you closely follow the news of your favorite startups;
• English, Upper Intermediate 

Your main target would be to increase the engagement and the number of monthly active users on the platform through improving usability.
