We are looking for a new, young, and cool addition to our Kyiv sales team. The diamond we need may have very little experience in traditional (or non-traditional for that matter) sales practices. Instead, we are looking for someone with love and skill for communication (in English) and an unstoppable desire to learn.
Key tasks:
- Generating qualified leads through different sales channels (email, LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance), prospecting, qualification.
- Work with inbound and outbound leads.
- Manage leads from the first contact through all pre-sale pipeline, set up and take part in meetings/appointments with prospects.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales, taking part in brainstorming new sales tactics and techniques.
Required skills:
- English (upper-intermediate or higher);
- Understanding of the principles of business communication (business correspondence, emails, presentations, meetings, etc);
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, lead generation, prospecting and qualifying new clients, customer acquisition, or customer conversion (US, EU markets);
- At least 1 year of experience working in IT outsourcing/service or software company;
- Understanding of a sales cycle and specifics of IT (outsourcing) industry;
- Ability to generate a plan and work without direct supervision towards the goals;
- Desire to learn and to improve the skills, life-long learner.
