CharStudio is a product company, we create and release our own casual games. We are looking for a talented Unity Developer.

We have developed and released more than 10 projects, and recently launched a prototyping department.

Responsibilities:

— Design and build games in Unity across iOS and Android mobile platforms

— Develop, implement, and improve game mechanics

— Design and develop new products with UI, animation and graphics effects

— Integrate third-party services, work on graphics pipelines, namely shaders, animation, interface, interaction with client-server architecture

Required Skills & Experience:

— 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing and publishing high-quality games

— 2+ years of experience in Unity game development

— Strong analytical problem-solving skills

— Strong ambitious and goal-oriented personality

— Clean code writing skills, code refactoring

— Highly competent in C#, object-oriented programming, software design pattern, data structure, and data algorithms

— Experience and skills to maintain app performance on older devices (with a lot of animations)

— Skills to provide accurate project estimates and meet the deadlines

— Strong responsibility, self-management, consistency skills

— Experience with optimization and algorithmic approach to programming

— Experience in setting up APIs, like Facebook, leaderboards, and advertising settings

Would be nice to:

— Have experience with Match-3 mobile games publishing on iOS and Android platforms

— Have experience in full cycle game development from task assignment, code review to deployment and publishing

— Love playing and developing games, especially Match-3 type

— Be good at math

— Have experience in Java

— Have experience with agile software development methodology
