WE ARE

A salesforce-based application that was created from scratch by the current team. The application is already launched in Canada. The customer is going to launch similar projects on new Salesforce instances in the UK and the US. Currently, they are gathering requirements, so knowledge in setting up accounts and processing orders in the regions is welcome.

The solution is built on Salesforce Sales Cloud with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service, and Community Clouds. Dell Boomi is used for integration with 3rd party systems like Zuora, Alchemer, DialPad. For analytical purposes, data is pulled from Salesforce to external data lakes and data warehouses.

From UI standpoint, the project uses Salesforce Lightning Experience with custom Lightning Web Components and Skuid — a UI/UX toolkit for Salesforce as well as 3rd party apps like Conga Composer for contracts generation and DocuSign with envelopes for electronic signing and sending emails.

On a backend, they have complex business logic and heavily use apex trigger and batch jobs for data processing. For Salesforce development, the customer uses Salesforce DX with Git and Jenkins for CI.

YOU ARE

• Experienced with Salesforce — e.g. products, opportunities, leads, reporting, security/sharing, automation (workflow rules, process builder), and importing data
• At least 1 year working with the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com platform
• Possessing 3 years of professional experience administrating and developing SAAS applications
• A holder of a B.S. degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to quickly learn AppExchange and other applications functionality and interfaces (from 3rd party vendors and customer)
• Showing background of Agile methodologies and being a strong team player
• Proficient working with Skuid, Level11, Copado, RingCentral, Moover, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, GitHub, Marketo, MapAnything, Conga Composer, and DocuSign a benefit
• Experienced with Java or similar object-oriented languages
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferable)
• Having strong presentation and communication skills. Fluent in professional English language (verbal and written)

Salesforce Engineer delivers Salesforce solution definition, implementation, customization, integration, and managed services for clients which will include, but isn’t limited to the following

• Participating in solution design, documentation, and delivery efforts
• Supporting a detailed functional design document to match business requirements
• Collaborating with a team of Architects, Developers, and Engineers to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
• Participating and leading, when needed, project meetings with the stakeholders
• Supporting business process due diligence, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements of new and/or existing customer application implementation projects
• Acting as a key contributor in the design of customized solutions and execute the solution by leveraging SFDC and other toolsets
• Creating, communicating, and executing deployment plans
• Managing client expectations and maintaining communication throughout the course of the project
• Engage with customers on additional requirements and business needs
• Building and managing dashboards, views, and reports
• Designing and developing workflows and assignment rules to automate manual processes
• Creating and maintaining system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, data maps, configuration worksheets, etc.

Participate in a variety of projects of different sizes and scales — from customer-facing pre-sales activities to deep-technical assessments and implementation projects. Moreover, we’ll be developing cutting-edge Solution Accelerators which extend existing technology’s boundaries or just exercising around certain technology with some hands-on prototypes, and much more.
