KODE is a UK based company that specialises in the design and development of Mobile applications and software. We are a young and ambitious company that intends to grow big and grow fast. We already have established clients in the UK, Iceland, Holland and Brazil.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in interactive, UI, and visual design;
• Portfolio demonstrating high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work;
•  English - Upper-Intermediate;

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to facilitate team discussions and help drive toward decisions;
• Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team;
• Experience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile web, Desktop, etc);
• Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function;
• Great taste and high attention to detail;
• Experience with Sketch or Figma and prototyping tools;
• Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique.

Responsibilities:

• Designing interactive, rich web and mobile app experiences;
• Drive end-to-end design projects to improve existing products and to develop new features;
• Participating in all aspects of the design process – ideation, market and user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high fidelity design production;
• Finding simple and elegant solutions to complex user flows.
