You will be involved in a cross-national team, build innovative products within collaborative, cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to multiple coding disciplines and standards, and contribute to its stability. You will be working with QCs, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to produce highly reliable and flexible monitoring products.

YOU ARE

To the best advantage, you should possess this experience

• At least 2-year background as QA Engineer
• Good understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies (required)
• API testing
• Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames
• Basic knowledge of all possible applications types (such as Web, Desktop, etc.) and specifics of their testing
• Negotiation, interpersonal communication, and influence skills (required)
• Capability of working in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
• Positive-minded, highly motivated approach and willingness to work in a distributed team
• Intermediate level of English or higher

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Implementing and executing tests that ensure all products and services meet client requirements, in addition to company standards
• Performing analysis, reporting, and tracking of defects/issues, using a defined procedure and workflow
• Performing impact analysis and inspection of all possible items for inaccuracies and completeness of realization based on specifications or requirements, changes to requirements, system changes related to regression testing or defect fixing; preparation of corresponding documents/conclusions to avoid similar problems in the future
• Identifying test design: defining scope, expediency, and types of test design and testing according to selected test types to ensure product quality. Finding and documenting product discrepancies and working with other technical personnel on their fixing
• Preparing internal and external quality reports (test execution, test summary, etc.) at various project stages and defining templates for management/client staff review
• Designing, establishing, and executing test plans that will be delivered with a product within established specifications
• Analyzing and understanding the client’s business area. Analyzing and evaluating client’s requirements and demanding properly in the initial project phase when minimum project-related information is available. Sharing this information between team members
• Analyzing detailed software requirements on the basis of SRS, business area, and communication with the Client
