On behalf of NZZ, Ciklum is looking for Middle Manual QA Engineer to join Kiev team on full-time basis.

The Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ, English: “New Journal of Zurich”) is a Swiss German-language daily newspaper, published by the NZZ-Gruppe in Zurich.

NZZ has a reputation as a quality newspaper and as the Swiss newspaper of record, the newspaper is known for its detailed reports on international affairs, stock exchange, and the intellectual, in-depth style of its articles.

Responsibilities

- Support testing/development process based on Agile testing principles for digital solutions of Swiss newspapers and magazines designed by NZZ Mediengruppe (web and mobile apps, content management system)

- Maintain testing documents (test cases, checklists, test data)

- Report testing status to the team

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience in QA

- Experience in testing Web applications

- Experience working in the JIRA tracking system

- Experience in GUI testing according to designs

- Experience in test management tools (TestRail)

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools

- Understanding of client-server architecture

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, team worker

- English – Intermediate+

Desirable

- Experience in testing content management systems, digital solutions of media companies

- Experience in testing iOS/Android applications
