Arounda — Digital Product Agency looking for a Lead generator to join our beautiful team. We help to create and evolve web and mobile apps, and marketing websites through Branding, Web design, UX/UI design, and App development for startups and businesses. We cooperate with foreign partners in the areas of Analytics, Fintech, Blockchain, Healthcare, Education, and E-commerce.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales / generating leads.
- English. Intermediate or Upper-intermediate (B1-B2).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with Google tools (Sheets, Docs).
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation on freelance platforms;
- Qualification of the potential customers;
- Compose cover letters for clients on different channels;
- First contact with the potential clients;
- Add client`s information to CRM;
- Understanding of KPIs and Hitting your leadgen quota;
- Close cooperation with the sales manager;
- Own the necessary knowledge about the expertise of an agency and provide clients with best-matching portfolio examples based on their requirements.
As a plus:
- Experience in working for IT outsource companies and Digital agencies;
- Experience with Upwork/Linkedin/Dribbble/Behance/Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
- Experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Sales in the IT industry (Filtering the clients based on agency preferences/ Writing Cover Letters/First Contact etc.);
