AgileEngine is seeking an HR Analyst to join our team to help us speed up the processes by reducing the level of manual work across the HR department and organization in general. We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter and enthusiastic can-do individual who has a passion for working with data in great detail.

You will be part of our HR team and will provide analysis, insights, and visibility to improve the quality of overall service results.

You will work with

● Automate procedures of data collection from multiple sources and provide visibility

● Monitor data feeds and ensure quality and timely data entry

● Create regular reports on key findings and assessments

● Work with corporate CRM system

● Investigate, implement and measure the effectiveness of KPIs and OKRs

● Tracking down and taking ownership of the data the organization needs to operate efficiently

● Coordinating with other departments and working with department stakeholders to optimize systems to support operations

Our team is looking for someone who has

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Must have experience with managing CRM systems

● Experience in data-driven analysis and work with Google Sheets, Google Docs

● Good understanding of the IT industry, markets and trends

● Being proactive and taking ownership for your work

● Intermediate and above level of English

Will be a plus

● Experience with Zoho People CRM

● Experience in automation of manual processes

● Experience with various survey tools

● Previous experience in market research

● Knowledge of scripting languages
