    The Technology team at SoftServe helping to reach our customer’s goal. Our Client is a CPaaS and API provider that owns the network, that allows building an entire communications infrastructure for application without depending on third-party carriers. The client’s global reach in telecommunications means their clients can do everything from providing reliable phone numbers to enabling the client’s company being own network carrier.

    The client also provides HD audio conferencing, screen sharing, and video conferencing with up to 1000 participants.


    • Knowledgeable about Requirements Lifecycle and able to drive the requirements management process
    • Experienced with analyzing functional and nonfunctional requirements and clients’ needs
    • Skilled in facilitating, preparation and conducting elicitation sessions
    • A good team player
    • Showing stress-resistance, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • A holder of deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis
    • Being result-oriented, able to make things done in a highly dynamic environment
    • Effectively collaborating with multiple different stakeholders

    Extra advantages

    • IT background (QA, etc.)
    • Excellent communicative skills and Upper-intermediate+ level of English, and Russian
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, or similar tools


    • Elicitation of business and solution requirements, requirements’ specifications to ensure the solution meets the business needs
    • Conducting elicitation sessions, documenting and confirming elicitation results
    • Negotiating with multiple stakeholders; stakeholder management
    • Managing overall project requirements (gathering, analysis, documentation, clarification, monitoring, etc.)
    • Specifying, verifying, and validating Functional and Non-functional requirements
    • Ensuring requirements are detailed enough to take into sprint, including functional & non-functional requirements
    • Unblocking Scrum team during the sprint
    • Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence)
    • Communication with the client on all aspects of the expectations and requirements management
    • Offering improvements to agile ways of working to increase productivity & employee engagement (optional)
    • Suggesting design options and improvements for ’To Be’ state of the required solution (possible)
