Who we are looking for: 

• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst or system analyst in a medium-size IT/software development company 
• Knowledge of basic SDLC methodologies 
• Experience working in Agile environment 
• Ability to create comprehensive user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases, and DODs 
• Hands-on experience in preparing PRDs, specifications, and other documentation 
• Proficiency to foresee and describe edge cases and alternative scenarios 
• Good knowledge and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, MS 365 
• Good communication skills, experience as presenter and negotiator 
• At least a solid intermediate level of English

What you will be doing: 

• Help us design and deliver an MVP in a short period of time 
• Contribute to developing the best franchise management software on the market 
• Hold main expertise about product requirements and project dependencies 
• Understand business needs and proactively clarify technical details 
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks 
• Craft comprehensive flowcharts and diagrams (BPMN, UML, etc) 
• Set up workflows, improve processes and help us keep Agile spirit high 
• Assist Product Manager with product backlog grooming and prioritization 
• Keep issues in Jira and documents in Confluence in sync and up-to-date
