Millions of Ukrainians send each other free text messages on Viber, make video calls, communicate in group chats, follow updates from media, government agencies, celebrities, and brands.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote Viber’s features and content and reinforce brand image in Ukraine, Poland and Czech. You will have access to the audience of tens of millions via free in-app tools of Rakuten Viber. You will work closely with the marketing, PR, business development and CRM teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Planning, implementing and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote our brand image and launch of new features
- Managing in-app CRM campaigns (dozens of millions of users) and our local TikTok account (1M+ likes), collaborating on local Viber channels (5M+ subscribers)
- Creating engaging content including promotional materials, sticker packs, and lenses to enhance user engagement and brand visibility
- Conducting comprehensive performance analysis to measure the success of marketing initiatives and to identify areas of improvement
- Supporting Business Development by collaborating on promotional activities with partners
- Gathering market insights to understand consumer trends and preferences, which will inform our marketing strategies
- Handling invoices and contracts related to marketing activities and to ensure budget adherence
Your role will be integral to driving our brand’s growth and visibility, while ensuring we continue to engage and connect with our users in meaningful ways.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C digital consumer tech marketing, with Ukrainian audience
- Knowledge of performance marketing tools/metrics
- Demonstrated ability in managing marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments for optimization
- Proven experience in content creation with service providers, and its continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills / results-driven
- University degree in Marketing or related field
