QA Tester Responsibilities:

Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

Executing tests on source code.

Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.

Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.

QA Tester Requirements:

Good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.

2 years of experience in QA testing.

Good team working and critical thinking skills.

Professional experience in QA automation would be nice to have

Understanding of Web applications and Web browsers internals

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web dev tools

Experience in test planning(test cases, testing checklists)

Experience in identification of application problem areas

English level: Upper-intermediate or higher

QA experience on English-speaking projects (documentation, reporting, communication with stakeholders and team members)

Strong theoretical knowledge of testing theory

Experience and deep awareness in testing levels and types (smoke, acceptance, system, integration, regression, negative)

Experience in Load/Performance/Volume testing

Experience with the generation of big amounts of data

Understanding of scrum methodology

Good communication and reporting skills. Be able to effectively cooperate with the development team

Good self-organization: be able to switch between tasks quickly without focus lost

Be able to work with overlapping GMT+8 timezone business hours at least 4 hours per day
